As a telephone service subscriber, you are not legally responsible for enhanced telecommunications service charges incurred by minors or vulnerable adults without your consent. Neither a long distance company nor a local service provider may disconnect your local telephone or long distance service because you refuse to pay an enhanced telecommunications service charge. Enhanced telecommunications service providers may employ other agencies to collect delinquent service charges, even if your local service provider has previously adjusted them from your telephone bill.

Manages a merchant’s business profile, which includes capturing specific information regarding the nature of a business such as products sold, services provided, brands carried, payment methods accepted, hours of operation as well as other information.
Distributes that information to companies that provide services related to search, so that the business may be present in the results of consumer queries that qualify the business based on the captured business information.
National Online Directory Services includes a front end interface which customer may utilize to submit customer data to National Online Directory for the purpose of incorporation into the data repository and distribution to the Distribution Network partners, which uses the data for internet search and display.
Customer is responsible for insuring the correctness, accuracy and currency of customer data. In terms of data submission and data quality, Customer is responsible for providing data which is:
correct, accurate and current regarding the physical location of the business, including an accurate telephone;
correct, accurate and current regarding the information about the business related to products sold, services provided, brands carried, and other business specific attributes, where applicable.
The monthly charge for your Online Yellow Page Listings enhanced Local Profile listings and enhanced services is $39.95 per month, billable at the beginning of each month, and will appear on your local telephone bill on the OAN bill page, or ENABILL for Qwest customers as being billed on behalf of National Online Directory. There is a 30 day money back guarantee for National Online Directory’s Online Yellow Page Solution. If during the first thirty (30) days you are not completely satisfied with our services for any reason you may cancel this service and request a full refund.
National Online Directory makes no guarantees that customer data will be utilized effectively by each and every Distribution Network partner for internet search and display. National Online Directory does guarantees that customer’s data will be incorporated into the database consisting of over 14 million businesses that is used by the Distribution Network to fulfill internet search queries.
Customer assumes total responsibility for use of the Services, and accesses the Services at its own risk. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
